Unknown silhouette
I suggest that a default be provided in the template for the main_image so that the unknown silhouette image is displayed when no image is supplied. Same could be done for Cast and Crew. This would require replacing:
[[Image:{{{main_image}}}|300px]] by
[[Image:{{{main_image|UnknownSilhouette.jpg}}}|300px]].

Horizontal format
