About

  • (note): The gold coin mentioned above resembles the "1933 Double Eagle" - a U.S. twenty-dollar gold coin. That coin holds the record for highest price paid at auction for a single U.S. coin. It was purchased for $7.59 million (USD). A total of 445,500 "Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle" coins were minted in 1933, their last year of production. The coin was never officially circulated and nearly all were melted down, due to the discontinuance of the gold standard.

Quotes

"It's particles scattered all over the internet. This thing must have been insanely complex. Integrated video, audio. I mean some of this isn't even computer code." - (to Peter, his analysis of the deadly computer program)
