Diane Burgess is one of the soldiers who had been exposed to a synthetic neurotoxin in Iraq. This necessitated her need to take a daily injection of a serum developed in for Project Tin Man testees. Raymond Gordon planned to use her as a human bomb to kill a man wearing a trench coat and carrying a briefcase.
