About
Elizabeth Sarnoff is a technical expert working for David Esterbrook and is the main scientist conducting experiments on Bellini’s Lymphocemia patients treated with radioactive isotopes. Sarnoff prepares Claire Williams as a stable human weapon and can be activated remotely. When the FBI raided Esterbrook's lab, she triggered Claire Williams. She, later, admitted to Olivia that Esterbrook supplied her the facility and responsible for turning Emily Kramer and Claire Williams into human weapons.
