Evan McNeil is one of the five bank robbers in Safe.

About

In Safe, Evan McNeil is known to be one of the members of the Chess Club whom Raul Lugo played with during their stay in the V.A. Hospital. Apparently, he was recruited by Mitchell Loeb as one of the robbers to retrieve parts of the DizRay teleporter. In the team, he seems to be the expert in opening safe deposit containers.
