The Observer is receiving surveillance reports/photos about Walter in the other Universe, perhaps from another Observer.--LabGo 03:12, 4 October 2009 (UTC)

1. Walter's demeanor seems different from what we are used to in the photographs, particularly the second one. His hairs are also different from what we see in the current episode.--LabGo 03:12, 4 October 2009 (UTC)
2. The Observer seems capable of doing surveillance himself on anyone in this Universe, including Walter. He has in fact contacted Walter before. Would he need someone else to do it?--LabGo 03:12, 4 October 2009 (UTC)
3. The messengers appear to be traveling to meet with the Observer. It seems unlikely that surveillance is done locally. --LabGo 03:12, 4 October 2009 (UTC)
