Charlie calls Olivia and tells her they have a lead in the death of Andrew Rusk - former US Navy SEAL Jake Selleg. Selleg was treated at a nearby hospital three nights before for lacerations on his left arm. Charlie and Olivia meet at the boxing gymnasium Selleg works at in Dorchester, MA. Jake Selleg is in the middle of a practice session, but runs from the gym when he sees that he is wanted. Selleg is clipped by a car as he runs into traffic. Charlie catches and tackles him, then punches him, as Olivia catches up.
Charlie and Olivia interrogate Selleg at the Federal Building, and tell him the bullet they removed from Rusk matches a weapon found in his apartment. Olivia suggests the Navy had kill Rusk because Rusk was going to publicly the radiation incident on the USS Gloucester. Selleg says he knows Teresa Rusk as a bartender, and that her husband was physically abusive to her, having broke her arm. He confesses that before he killed Rusk, he told him that his wife was the one sending him to Hell.
