He is in posession of advanced technology and weapons apparently from the other side, and has knowledge of the beacon and it's previous appearance, having clearly been sent to find it. --Jnwrx1 17:10, 6 October 2009 (UTC) He also indicates a history with the Bishops, stating it's a shame Peter never met Robert Bishop his alleged grandfather. It seems most likely that Mosley would have gotten this information if he were a soldier from the other side than if he were a mob-killer randomly hired from Seattle. --Jnwrx1 17:10, 6 October 2009 (UTC)
