Joseph Falls is one of the deformed citizens of Edina.

About

Joseph Falls is the father of Teddy Falls whose disfigured face was photographed by state troopers. Scared about the possibility of getting exposed to the public, he tries to kill Olivia, Peter and Walter. He, in a disfigured form, is shot by Peter in the neck and is found dead in a normal human form. Walter studies his body and discounts the idea that the man has a metamorphic ability like that of butterflies.
