Detective Kassel is the police detective in charge in investigating the unusual death of Radjan Vandenkemp in Vitas Petrol. He takes charge in shutting down the airflow after becoming suspicious about the virus being airborne. He notifies Olivia and Peter when he saw something is happening to Linda.
