Background
Mark Blum was born on May 14, 1950 in Newark, New Jersey. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and received a Masters of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Minnesota. He also studied at HB Studio in New York and with Andre Gregory. He married television actress Janet Zarish. He has taught at The Manhattan School of Music and the Lincoln Center Institute for Education. He is currently on the faculty of HB Studio in New York City.
Mark is noted for his roles in "Desperately Seeking Susan" and "Crocodile Dundee".
