Theory Title
| Described Hypothesis:

- Mark Young's butterfly collection is from the other side. Collecting butterflies was apparently a hobby of his, and given the shady Pattern-related deals he was making, he could plausibly have gotten them as some type of payment, or simply known how to get them from the other side. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Xazarus (talk • contribs) .

| Supporting Facts And Supporting Evidence:
|
- The butterflies in the case wobbled in a similar way to other Other Side objects way in the future (Jacksonville, for example). —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Xazarus (talk • contribs) .
- Olivia's power is supposedly activated (or at least surfaces) when she's afraid. A subplot in this episode is her abusive stepfather who she shot as a child, and sends her a card every year on her birthday to remind her that he's still there. It's her birthday and the last line before it happens is about family. The sudden, unexpected thought of her father, particularly on this day, would certainly scare her for a moment, revealing the butterflies, before she took control of herself and the vision disappeared. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Xazarus (talk • contribs) .
