- Nick Lane was kneeling over Sally Clark, and he was shot by Lincoln Lee.
- Lincoln Lee thought that our Nick Lane was his brother.
- Olivia Dunham has some support on the other side.
- When Olivia erupted into flames in Subject 13, Nick and his bear were unharmed. Why would Sally's Cortexiphan fire act any differently?

- The pyrokinetic, Sally Clark, released a heat blast that vaporized herself, and Nick Lane whom she was bending over to protect, and badly burnt Lincoln Lee, who was at the foot of the bridge when Sally erupted.
- When we last saw them, Lincoln Lee was a human shaped pile of ash, Sally Clark and Nick Lane, who had been shot, had disappeared, and Lincoln Lee was being carted off to be healed by nanomachines.
