- Raymond Gordon uses the patients who are under the treatment of serum developed by Project Tin Man to kill men who are wearing a black trench coat and carrying a briefcase. With the right frequency, he can remotely activate these patients to turn them into a human bombs.
- He believes that he needs to prevent these people from passing the briefcase to certain people who were making observations and collecting data about our world. Although, he has no idea of who these people are, he claims that they are going to use our culture, technology and science to exterminate this world.
- He strongly disagrees with shutting down the Project Tin Man and argued heavily that it has to continue.
