In Momentum Deferred, he has been robbing various cryo freeze facilities of human skulls with other hybrid soldiers, looking for a particular mark on one specific skull.

In Grey Matters, he aided Thomas Newton to acquire brain pieces from three patients of Dr. Simon Paris. They reconnected these brain pieces to Walter in order to extract information out of him. He was shot by Olivia in the forehead.
