- If the universes have to exchange equal mass... was there an exchange when he (JONES) pulled half of a truck from the other universe?

Rename
Actually, the guy is commonly called "David Robert Jones", not "David Jones", nor "Robert Jones". From what we know, he appears to be an Edgar Allan Poe when it comes to his name, at least :) --Pierre 16:44, 4 December 2008 (UTC)
- - Not common in the US. Cops, lawyers and the press always use the criminals full name to make sure they don't accidental arrest and prosecute other guys named Bob Jones or Dave Jones. Saving them public embarassment and sometimes the life/career of those falsely identified. - –DocH– my edits
Career
I am not getting that he is a career criminal - he "was a senior fellow at the Bremming Institute For 12 years, then went off the grid. He'd show up now and then, often in Eastern Europe." - - - 12 years says to me that he was a career scientist that was 'turned' somehow... to do the work of his independently-funded science cell of baddies. True, he may be behind ALL of the independent funding and/or independent science cells... but for now - he is just a guy that may, or may not have, gotten a bad rap from the German Gov't on the whole 'state secrets' thing. Of course he is persona non grata for his Olivia abduction - with me at least. And how is 'nefarious science' a 'state secret'? - unless of course nefarious science is the practice of the government (Vogel & Lenox = Gov't). –DocH– my edits 00:37, 13 January 2009 (UTC)

Connection to David Bowie?
"David Robert Jones" is David Bowie's real name. Wonder if there's a connection. Or to "Davy Jones", even... he kinda reminds me of Hannibal Lecter! --Torley 06:39, 4 December 2008 (UTC)
