Misnamed?

In Episode 02, "The Same Old Story", Walter is milking the cow and says "I'm doing her a favour". Does that mean the cow should be called 'Jean' instead of 'Gene'?

Deletion

There is no reason to delete this article. Gene is a valid part of the Fringe Universe, regardless if we describe her as a character or a "item". Pierre 00:00, 12 October 2008 (UTC)

- I can live with that. I pulled the purge recommendation and character infobox. I also redesignated Gene as an Item. BTW, we need an item infobox; I'll work on it.--Jim 01:22, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
