Cold Opening Shot

- Think for a second. 1985 NYC... 1980's vehicles? Sounds like a match. It probably was old stock footage - no HD back then or 16:9 format, and too expensive to rent old cars for a 10 second clip. I don't know the city well enough. Technically, it has to be within about a mile or so of the Empire State Bldg. -- –DocH my edits 04:10, 6 April 2010 (UTC)
- Should've worded that clearer - that is my thought too. My question was, any ID where the stock footage came from? A movie or TV show from the day? --Aswvwl21 20:59, 7 April 2010 (UTC)

Walter & Nina

- Off-hand, I can think of the last episode. They were all at Massive Dynamic and Nina offered to walk the Bishops over to the Geologic Lab to help find the building that was going to disappear. Also the episode where the science team went to MassDyn to find out about the kid with the mind control skills. Nina has been to the lab too - not sure if both Bishops were there though, but Walter is usually there. I think it was the ep where Astrid first meets Nina. -- –DocH my edits 04:10, 6 April 2010 (UTC)
- Fair enough. --Aswvwl21 20:59, 7 April 2010 (UTC)
- Walter visits Massive Dynamic for the first time in Of Human Action. He meets Nina but does not seem to recognize her. That's the episode where he and Astrid wear the tinfoil hats while working in an MD lab. --jophan 18:51, 25 July 2010 (UTC)

Walter

Could somebody correct this error in the UAQ section, please? I'd do it myself but the page is locked. At Reiden Lake, while Walter is telling off Nina, he mentions that William encouraged him to take this very risk, to expedite their espionage program. What espionage program is he referring to (the U.S. Army, someone else interested in the parallel universe, or other)? --Stoepsel 08:42, 30 May 2010 (UTC)

- Done. –DocH my edits 09:01, 30 May 2010 (UTC)
- I believe the "espionage program" refers to the project he was explaining to the officers in the prologue, where they used the window to copy technologies of the alternate universe. --jophan 18:52, 25 July 2010 (UTC)
- Agreed. He is just referring to the overall spying they do to copy the tech. But, the way the conversation went, if seemed a little too vague to be be definitive. –DocH my edits 20:20, 25 July 2010 (UTC)
