First noticed in the parallel universe (Over There, Part 1), Bolivia, and her romantic partner Frank, each have a distinctive tattoo.
The mark is found at the back of Bolivia's neck, while Frank's is located in the middle of his upper back.
In Over There, Part 2, the tattoo is seen once again when Bolivia lets her hair down to reveal her true identity.
In Olivia, Henry Higgins noticed a similar tattoo on Olivia's neck. She was convinced that the Fringe Division marked her in attempt to change her identity.
