Ted Pratchet is an architect from the alternate universe involved with the development of their new Pentagon annex.
About
In the parallel universe, Ted Pratchet worked as an architect for Dodst & Rathje Architecture Ltd. He had just finished chit-chatting with his colleague, Pauline Hess, about his secret source of coffee, and the microquakes that they were experiencing in New York, when a major tremor struck his building. The strong quaking caused a metal beam to fall, pierced his shoulder and pinned him to the floor. The quaking wasn't from the earth but was caused when his building transited to this universe and occupied the identical space our version of the building occupies. His body was fused together with our version of Ted Pratchet, ultimately resulting in death for both of them.
In an interview conducted by Walter, Ted recalled the terrorists attacked the White House and the Pentagon. He was married, unlike our Ted Pratchet. After he died, Walter opened up his shirt, revealing our Ted's face struggling for his last breath.
Quotes
"But this is New York. Don't you think it's strange." - (to Pauline Hess, commenting on the strange quakes they are experiencing)
